About the role
You will be responsible for leading a team of technical implementation consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of client integration projects and continuous improvement of team performance. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills. Your remit will include overseeing project delivery, supporting professional development, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. You will bring a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.

Working Details
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know.
We’re looking for someone in/around the Edinburgh area. We're making the most of hybrid working, so you won't need to come into the office everyday (unless you want to!). We don't mandate required office time, but we find that most of the team enjoy working from home 2-3 days a week, and come into our office to connect with each other, make use of space, and for meetings.
