L’équipe FP&A fournit et analyse les informations financières de Wakam afin de contribuer à l’optimisation du résultat. En collaboration avec les différentes équipes internes, l’équipe FP&A se charge du pilotage du budget ainsi que de la production de reportings clés à destination des organes de gouvernance de la société.
