Location: Remote or Toronto  Department: Learning & Development  Reports To:  Vice President, Learning & Development   We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead the enablement efforts for portfolio offerings, sales conversion strategies, and technical sales readiness. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure our Technical Go-to-Market Team are fully equipped to position, differentiate, and sell our solutions across the customer lifecycle.  Key Responsibilities:  Technical Enablement  • Deliver technical training programs that cover architecture discussions, integrations, and technical differentiators. • Work with Product Management and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer value for the Go-to-Market and technical partner teams.  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of technical FAQs, customer success stories, and demo guides.  • Work with peers to define and standardize demo environments, technical talk tracks, and solution walkthrough templates.
