Why you Should Join Us:

We’re on the lookout for a talented professional who will be producing and managing accurate, compliant and operator‑focused technical documentation that enables the effective deployment, commissioning and lifecycle support of a variety of mission‑critical Hybrid Power Systems for defense applications. This role ensures complex engineering designs, system functionalities, safety and maintenance requirements, supportability aspects and system end-of-life obligations are translated into clear, concise, controlled, “operator‑friendly” and standards‑aligned documentation for internal product teams, field support teams, customers, government authorities and end-users.

What You ‘ll Be Doing:

• Establish a technical documentation plan based on relevant industry, military and safety standards, including modular content architectures that can be re-used and clear style guides (templates), as well as specific customer requirements.
• Review and validate the technical content input produced by engineering and product management teams.
• Extract additional content, as required, from a variety of resources i.e. safety and test reports, design reviews, MOTS/COTS item datasheets and manuals, quality standards, national and international applicable legal obligations (i.e. EU directives), “hand-on” use of equipment and end-user feedback.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, including but not limited to operating manuals, maintenance guides, installation manuals, parts catalogues, workflows, training guides and service bulletins, for paper, multimedia or web-based publication.
• Coordinate documentation processes with external service providers as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Technical Institute or University degree in a Science or Engineering field
• 2+ years’ experience in Technical, Engineering, Quality or Configuration Management role
• Ability to understand, interpret, structure and document in writing technical datasets and system functionalities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Full professional working proficiency in written English
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently and manage concurrent tasks efficiently

Desired:

• Familiarity with technical terminology related to Energy Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Panels and Diesel Generators.
• Experience with MIL‑STD, S1000D, or NATO documentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with documentation software, such as, Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with product illustration software, such as, 3D CAD viewers.
