Job Description: Technical Delivery Manager – 8+ Years
· Lead, manage, and drive a world-class engineering team
· Lead forward our Retail SaaS multi-tenant platform, ensuring it remains scalable, secure, reliable, and operationally mature
· Take ownership of platform reliability and operations, ensuring we maintain 99.5% production uptime
· Own execution across the team: ensure priorities, day-to-day work, and projects are delivered on time with high quality
· Drive consistent engineering execution (planning, sprint cadence, delivery predictability, dependency tracking)
· Track, maintain, and report progress on OKR initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and delivery transparency
· Provide strong stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and clear communication across Engineering, Product, Support, and business leadership
· Improve operational excellence across the platform:
incident readiness and ownership
runbooks, escalation paths, post-incident follow-ups
reducing manual operational toil through automation
· Support the execution of our FinOps program, helping improve cost visibility, accountability, and cost optimization across teams
· Contribute to building scalable ways of working in a squad/tribe environment, including clear interfaces and ownership
· Participate in hiring, onboarding, and growing engineering talent as the organization expands
· 8+ years of experience in IT / DevOps / Platform Engineering
· Strong track record of successfully leading, developing, and managing engineering teams (formal or informal leadership experience)
· Hands-on experience working with DevOps methodologies and practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, infrastructure-as-code)
· Very strong infrastructure and cloud knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Azure and AWS
· Exceptional communication skills — ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicate clearly in high-pressure situations, and drive outcomes
· Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring stacks, and cost optimization tooling
· Experience operating SaaS environments (ideally Retail) with production responsibilities and high reliability requirements
· Strong mindset for building scalable internal platforms and reusable engineering standards
Experience with enterprise Security Certifications such as SOC2 is preferable
