Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery commitments.
Medical Imaging Domain Leadership
Lead delivery of solutions involving DICOM, non-DICOM, VNA, RIS, PACS, and Enterprise Viewer platforms.
Ensure correct implementation of:
Imaging workflows (order → acquisition → interpretation → reporting → distribution)
Visualization (MPR, MIP, VR, cine, hanging protocols)
Structured and narrative reporting
Act as a bridge between technical teams and clinical stakeholders (radiologists, cardiologists, operations).
Technical & Architecture Oversight
Collaborate with architects on:
Viewer architectures (web-based, zero-footprint, desktop)

Performance (large studies, 3D rendering)
Availability, scalability, and resilience
Security and data privacy
Lead release readiness, UAT, and production go-lives.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Act as the primary delivery point of contact for enterprise customers.
Present delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
Support customer demos, pilots, and phased rollouts.
Partner with Product Management to translate clinical and business needs into executable delivery plans.
