Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
2–3 years of experience in sales support, Pharma field service engineering, or operations within a Pharma manufacturing or service environment
Project management experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and CRM; experience with SAP is preferred
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
