ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you are the key link between our AI-powered medical imaging solutions and their successful use in clinical practice. 
You will ensure smooth installation, configuration, and integration of our software into hospital IT environments, working closely with radiology departments and technical teams. Your focus will be on MRI system integration, PACS connectivity, and reliable data workflows.
This role combines technical implementation and customer-facing support — ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging who want to contribute to innovative AI solutions in a practical, hands-on way.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Implementation & Integration
  • Install and configure our AI software in clinical environments (remote and on-site).
  • Integrate our solution with MRI systems and PACS (DICOM).
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity (TCP/IP, Windows/Linux environments).
  • Optimize MRI scan protocols where required to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Ensure secure and stable data workflows between imaging systems and our platform.
Customer Support & Success
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, and image quality issues.
  • Provide clear guidance to clinical and IT teams.
  • Share structured feedback with Product and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Support documentation and best practices for implementations.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • We are looking for strong problem-solvers with experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging environments.
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare IT, radiology IT, application support, or medical imaging environments.
  • Experience working with MRI systems, PACS, or DICOM networking.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and clinical IT infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Understanding of MRI physics and scan parameters.
  • Structured troubleshooting mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site installations and support
