About the Role
As a Technical Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be the main contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and ensuring a smooth experience when using our products and services. You’ll support customers remotely, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
· Customer Support – Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
· Problem Resolution – Handle complaints and issues professionally, identifying solutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policy.
· Product & Service Guidance – Provide clear information on products, services, and processes to help customers make informed decisions.
· Record-Keeping & Feedback – Maintain detailed logs of interactions and share customer feedback to support service improvements.
· Assist with the installation, configuration, and operation of our systems.
· Coordinate service visits and collaborate closely with field engineers.
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team when necessary.
· Ensure each customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality, efficiency, and care.
Requirements
What You Bring
· Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
· Experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is an advantage.
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
· A proactive, customer-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
· Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
