About the role
Our Technical Consultant is the bridge between our products and their applications with our clients and data and business objectives. In other words, you are the link between product team, customer and sales. Your goal is to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them at the customer with existing products and concepts or bringing the new requirements to product team on behalf of the customer.
This requires in-depth knowledge of our products: you are familiar with all of the details from development, service operation to the sales strategy. You must also have excellent communication skills to help you work with the customer.

Appierにおけるテクニカルコンサルタントは、顧客のビジネス目標を達成するために製品に関する技術的なソリューションを提供する役割を担います。製品チーム・顧客・営業の間をつなぐ存在となります。テクニカルコンサルタントの目標は、既存の製品やコンセプトを用いて顧客に技術的なソリューションを提供・実装すること、さらに顧客の新たな要件を製品チームにフィードバックすることです。
この役割では、製品に関する深い知識が必要となります。開発、運用、販売戦略に至るまで、すべての詳細に精通している必要があります。 また、顧客との協力体制を強化するために優れたコミュニケーションスキルも必要です。
