The Trainer is our pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services (PS) team. Your mission is to empower our clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. You aren't a technical expert; you are a pedagogical and platform expert who ensures that clients don’t just "use" the software, but master it to drive long-term engagement.
By owning our "One-to-Many" offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars), you ensure that every client, from their first day of implementation, has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success. You don't just deliver content; you develop a scalable learning ecosystem that ensures every client gets the best start possible by mastering our Collaborative Learning methodology.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Team and Product teams to ensure our training offer addresses the actual friction points and needs of our client base.
Within 1 month, you will:
Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
Understand our product offering through training
Master our platform and be able to support clients on basics requests through ticketing
Master our integration possibilities (Workato, data lake, flat files, APIs)
Within 3 months, you will:
Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordingly
Collaborate with our sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements
Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans
Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations
Within 6 months, you will:
Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
Be able to support the team on difficult integrations & troubleshooting issues
Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned
Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients
Deliver platform audits to clients
Within 12 months, you will:
Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned
Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients
Create and propose new services to our Professional Service catalog
Present our value proposition to prospects or other SaaS companies and 3rd party developers to encourage them to integrate with our platform
The Skills Set:
8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (e.g. Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non- technical stakeholders)
Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
