Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) - SCAYLE

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and structure complex business requirements independently
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements early on
• Map customer needs to existing platform features and drive feature adoption
• Create detailed business and integration concepts, including data imports and system flows
• Design scalable solutions and clearly explain trade-offs from both business and technical views
• Lead workshops and align diverse stakeholder groups toward clear decisions
• Own and maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle until go-live

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting
• Strong expertise in structured requirements engineering and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures like OMS, PIM, CMS, and API/data flows (REST/JSON, SQL)
• Ability to work with complex system landscapes and enterprise-level stakeholders
• Experience with platform migrations or replatforming projects is a plus
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus is nice to have
