Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst specializing in System Integration to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on seamless integration of various systems within our organization.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integration projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose efficient solutions
  • Design and document integration processes, data flows, and interfaces between different systems
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows and data models
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of integration solutions
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure successful integration
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in system integration
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the integration process
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with 2-3 years focused on system integration projects
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and system integration techniques
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and data modeling
  • Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and their integration
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Familiarity with API integration and cloud integration platforms
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and enterprise architecture concepts
  • Fluency in both English and German
