Technical Architect - UI

You’ll own the frontend architecture of the platform at the heart of all of it. Our UI is the face of a product used by banks and insurers across the US. What You’ll Own

• Infrrd’s frontend architecture — defining how it is built, not just maintaining what exists.
• Technical direction for UI systems: scalability, performance, and design patterns that hold up under enterprise load.
• Code reviews, architecture decisions, and hands-on mentoring of the frontend team.
• The bridge between backend capabilities and the user experience our enterprise clients rely on.
• AI-enabled engineering workflows — you won’t just use AI tools, you’ll define how the team uses them.

What We Need

• 12+ years in frontend development, including large-scale enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in Angular 8+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to design and drive UI architecture end-to-end, from whiteboard to production.
• Experience with performance optimisation and cross-browser compatibility.
• Leadership experience: code reviews, mentoring, owning technical decisions.
• Strong communicator who can work across engineering, product, and design.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Nice to Have

React or Vue experience, cloud/DevOps exposure, UI/UX familiarity, or prior work on AI or document processing products.
