Responsibilities and Duties

• Define and maintain the overall software architecture across multiple projects and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend architectural approaches and patterns that support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship to development teams on best practices.
• Ensure architectural decisions consider security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Document architectural standards, decisions, and guidelines for internal use and future reference.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in software architecture, systems design, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, design principles, and architectural patterns.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
