Technical Architect – CRM Dynamics 365 (Remote Brazil)

We are currently looking for a Technical Architect – CRM Dynamics 365 (Remote Brazil) – an exciting opportunity to lead strategic CRM initiatives and drive high-impact global solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas CRM team in delivering integration and customization solutions on Dynamics 365.
• Make architectural decisions for CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and integrations.
• Oversee CRM integration with external systems (e.g., SAP, Customer Portal).
• Collaborate with the Global CRM Governance team to align roadmap, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure high development standards and act as a technical mentor for the team.
• Guarantee compliance with multilingual, performance, and security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and branching strategies.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Provide hands-on guidance to developers throughout the implementation cycle.
• Translate functional specifications into clear and scalable technical designs.
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and UI components using TypeScript, C#, and FetchXML.
• Ensure alignment between technical design and CRM architecture guidelines.
• Drive improvements in CRM usability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support global stakeholders by providing technical leadership and solution expertise.
• Optimize data structures and integrations across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
• Lead the technical coordination of CRM development teams across regions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, feasibility validation, and scope definition.
• Promote consistent adoption of CRM governance and development frameworks.
• Anticipate technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for large-scale implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including solution architecture, customization, data modelling and integrations.
• Proven experience leading global CRM implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, Azure services, Dynamics SDK, and integration technologies such as REST APIs, Logic Apps, and SQL Server.
• Solid knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing modules, with hands-on experience extending and customizing CRM functionalities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps, including code reviews, branching strategies and build/release automation.
• Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, business process analysis and ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Expertise developing plugins, custom workflows, TypeScript/C# components, Power Automate flows and FetchXML queries.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, ensuring development standards, architectural alignment and technical governance.
• Experience with project planning, roadmap definition and collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Advanced English – essential for collaboration across regions.
