Technical Analyst - Land Software

Calgary , Canada

AI overview

Utilize your land management expertise and technical skills to transform complex data into clarity for clients, while collaborating with a dedicated project services team.

Are you the unicorn we are looking for?

Do you know Land inside and out? Mineral, surface, contracts, and everything in between. You have spent years working with real data, solving discrepancies, managing complex files, and keeping everything aligned across moving parts.

Maybe you have even led conversions yourself. You have mapped data, validated it, fixed the tricky pieces, and carried projects from start to finish. People trust you because you understand what the data truly represents, and you make sure it ends up exactly where it needs to be.

Now you are looking for a new way to use that experience. Something that brings together your land background, your technical instincts, and your ability to keep people and projects connected.

**

Picture this: a project’s moving fast, deadlines are tight, and the data looks like a tangled ball of yarn. Most people see a mess. You see patterns. You are the calm in the chaos, the detail-catcher, the problem-smoother, the one who won’t let anything slip through the cracks.

You know Land well enough to understand what the data should represent. Mineral files, surface agreements, contracts, obligations. You have worked with the real stuff, which is why turning messy land data into something clean and reliable feels natural to you. It is like snapping the final piece into a puzzle. That combination of technical thinking, clear communication, and steady coordination is where you do your best work.

Maybe you have built a meaningful part of your career in land, but now you are ready for something new. You want a fresh way to use your knowledge in a software environment, where your industry experience and problem-solving skills can make a real difference for clients and teammates.

That’s where this role comes in. We’re looking for a Technical Analyst - Land Software. Someone with strong land knowledge, hands-on experience with data and conversions, and the communication skills to turn complex information into clarity for our clients.

If this sounds like you, then you might be the unicorn we are looking for!
