Technical Agent Developer Intern | Open Position

At Vozy, we are a diverse and talented team spread across 11 countries, and we are currently looking for a Technical Agent Developer Intern.

As a Technical Agent Developer Intern you will join an innovative and multidisciplinary team to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the development of technological solutions that combine creativity, automation, and artificial intelligence, helping to continuously improve our products and processes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate in the design and development of conversational agents using generative AI.
• Participate in the migration of conversational flows to new technologies.
  
• Support the automation of internal processes through RPA and intelligent agents.
• Contribute to API integration tasks and database management.
• Research new tools and trends to enhance the product.
• Assist the team in resolving incidents and implementing technical improvements.

What you'll need

• Basic knowledge or training in the development of conversational agents or flow design.
• Languages: Familiarity with Python (Java or JavaScript is a plus). Experience using version control tools like Git.
• Interest in generative AI and prompting.
• Introductory knowledge of RPA and process automation.
• General understanding of software design and simple architectures.
• Knowledge of API integration and database use (both relational and non-relational).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools.
  
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in dynamic environments.
• Proactivity in researching and proposing solutions and Interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant change and challenges.
