Your mission

  • Support in managing aftersales enquiries and claims inputs: first contact, info gathering, info analysis and document management.
  • Interface between our customers and JA Solar.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Issuance of visits reports.
  • Deliver support and contribute to claims resolution for our customers.
  • Provide service and support to Technical and Sales colleagues when customer requires visits.
  • Follow procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
  • Follow the applicable Health & Safety instructions and regulations.
  • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings from customers.
  • Prepare documentations and work instructions.
  • Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

Your profile

  • Middle professional education or above;
  • At least 1-year working experience in solar photovoltaic industry;
  • Willing to work on call duty.
  • Experience in document management, solution finding and execution.
  • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
  • Driving license.
  • Good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
