Job Overview
Contextual AI is hiring a Technical Account Manager to be part of the founding GTM team. This team is responsible for selling into Global 2000 organizations deploying generative AI solutions in production. As Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a large book of business with a key strategic account, and growing market share through strong relationships with key stakeholders. This includes designing, analyzing, and driving production-grade AI deployments in close partnership with our customers, as well as project managing delivery and balancing priorities across a variety of workflows. The Technical Account Manager will report into the Head of Sales and will play a critical role in building the sales playbook, process, and infrastructure to fuel Contextual AI’s long-term growth. Location: San Francisco Bay Area or NYC, in office 2 - 3 days a week
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $125,000 - 150,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
