How you will achieve success:
Own weekly metrics and reporting by pulling, validating, and distributing data, while building reporting (VTR, OTD, B2B) and bridges to explain trends and drive insights.
Analyze performance metrics to identify anomalies, surface risks, and support root cause analysis across key operational KPIs.
Lead onboarding workflows for Amazon and channel expansion, ensuring new brand and marketplace setups are completed accurately and on time.
Track onboarding progress end-to-end, proactively flagging blockers and driving cross-functional alignment to keep initiatives moving.
Execute core operational tasks (SKU creation, location setup, SKU mapping) with speed and precision, maintaining high data accuracy and meeting SLAs.
What experiences will help you in this role:
Experience in operations, account management, or other high-volume, task-driven environments.
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data/reporting tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace fulfillment operations, with Amazon experience preferred.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage recurring workflows accurately and consistently.
Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
