As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, your missions will be organizing as follow :

Responsible for the recruitment of a given population within the Tech department: 

  • Organizing briefing meetings for every position with Hiring Managers
  • Defining the appropriate sourcing strategy for each role with the internal stakeholders (headhunting, social network, Recruitment agencies, RPO...) 
  • Interviewing candidates following the CBI methodology and selecting the best candidate for the role
  • Reporting on the recruitment activity on your perimeter.
  • Ensuring that the commitments made to internal stakeholders and candidates are honored

Participating in the deployment of Talent Acquisition/World HR projects within your scope :

  • Onboarding
  • Campus Management 
  • Referrals
  • Internal Mobility
  • Delivering TA Learnings 

Other perimeters / countries : 

Please note that you can also work on roles that are outside the Tech population and roles that are located in other countries. 

 

 

You are an HR or Business School graduate and  you have at least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for Tech (Agency or corporate) in an international environment.

You speak fluent French and English.

Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, German, Italian etc..) would also be appreciated.
