We have an ambitious hiring roadmap for 2026, and we’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing team for the next six months. Based in Lisbon, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering growth, partnering with some of the most innovative leaders in the business to hire exceptional technical talent. You won’t be alone; you can count on support both locally and as part of a collaborative international team.

This is more than sourcing and screening CVs, it’s about delivering strategy, building relationships, and championing an outstanding candidate experience from "first hello" to day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles, from proactive sourcing and employer branding to interview strategy and offer negotiation.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers, bringing market insights, data, and a distinct point of view to every conversation.
  • Develop inclusive sourcing strategies, tapping into diverse networks and tech communities across Europe.
  • Tell compelling stories that bring our mission, product vision, and culture to life as you’ll be the voice candidates remember.
  • Elevate every touchpoint, ensuring our hiring process is engaging, fair, and fast-moving.
  • Continuously refine how we assess talent (e.g. build tools, interview frameworks, and hiring playbooks that scale).
  • Partner closely with People Team colleagues to connect hiring with onboarding, employee experience, and talent development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years in technical recruiting, ideally in-house within a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong grasp of Engineering profiles and the ability to engage talent in meaningful conversations about our roadmap and vision.
  • You track pipeline health, share trends, and influence decisions using metrics.
  • You thrive when trusted by leaders and love helping them build high-performing teams.
  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, you know it’s about rethinking every part of the process, not just widening the top of the funnel.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (we use Greenhouse), sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
