What you'll be doing:  

  • Own the configuration, optimization, and daily operations of key GTM platforms (Marketo, Outreach, UserGems, Clay, and others), ensuring workflows, automations, programs, and sequences run smoothly.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene across tools by monitoring data quality, managing enrichment/segmentation/routing logic, resolving sync issues, and keeping documentation aligned with established standards.
  • Audit and improve existing workflows and automations, identifying manual steps or gaps and implementing enhancements that reduce operational friction for marketing, sales, and revenue teams.
  • Manage user access and platform governance, including onboarding/offboarding users and partnering with Enablement to deliver or develop platform training.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM, RevOps, CRM, and data stakeholders to translate business needs into system updates, align on architectural decisions, and escalate structural improvements when required.
  • Support new tool evaluations and implementations by gathering requirements, testing functionality, and providing recommendations that ensure strong integration within the GTM tech stack

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GTM systems (e.g., marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools), including building and maintaining workflows, nurture programs, and sequences.
  • Technical proficiency in GTM–CRM data flows, with the ability to troubleshoot sync issues, enrichment gaps, routing logic, segmentation, and lead lifecycle fundamentals.
  • Able to work hybrid from our Medellin office (3 days in ofice)
  • Strong written communication skills and experience maintaining documentation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with experience running onboarding and training sessions.
  • Independent mindset and self-starter who knows when to escalate.
  • Execution-focused mindset, demonstrating attention to detail, commitment to system hygiene, and a track record of improving workflows and reducing manual operational steps.

Nice to have:

  • Prior work with intent tools (e.g. 6sense), enrichment services, web form tools, or customer management systems
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhook based workflows, building integration logic.
  • Prior involvement in vendor selection, testing, and/or trials with the ability to give structured feedback during buying cycles.
  • Marketing or sales experience and/or exposure to demand generation workflows outside of the technology
