Our Recruiting team is growing as more companies trust South Geeks to help their tech projects thrive. We’re looking for short-term support in sourcing top talent—perfect for someone open to a temporary assignment or complementing freelance work.

This role has a fixed 3-month duration, with the possibility of future collaborations if things go well. While this is not intended as a permanent role today, we often reconnect with great partners when new needs arise.

What you’ll do

• Partner with the Recruiting Manager and Recruiters to understand client needs and project requirements.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies with our full support.

• Learn and apply our communication style to craft your own engaging outreach sequences.

• Manage our ATS, keep pipelines healthy, and schedule initial interviews.

• Join weekly 30-minute team check-ins to share progress, get feedback, and clarify doubts.

What you bring

• Minimum 20 hours/week availability

• 2+ years sourcing experience for tech roles

• Advanced Boolean search skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication (C1 English)

• Creative copywriting ability for outreach

• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable speaking up

• Familiarity with ATS tools (Ashby a plus), Slack, and Google Suite

• Reliable computer and stable internet connection

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (temporary assignment)

• Location: 100% remote, LATAM residents only

• Schedule: 95% asynchronous, weekly sync in GMT-3 hours

• Compensation: Paid in USD
