As a Tech SEO Manager, you will lead technical SEO initiatives to enhance organic search performance across multiple regions and languages. You will play a key role in ensuring the website’s technical health, improving Core Web Vitals, and setting up scalable SEO structures for international growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee technical SEO strategy, ensuring best practices are implemented across all digital properties.
Advise on site structure, crawlability, indexation, and page speed improvements.
Work closely with developers to ensure SEO is factored into all technical decisions.
Provide insights on Core Web Vitals and site health metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
Support CMS migration projects, ensuring SEO continuity and minimal disruption.
Develop a framework for international SEO, including geo-targeting and hreflang strategy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical SEO, ideally for global brands.
Expertise in international SEO, including multiple region and language targeting.
Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website architecture.
Experience in CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and content strategists.
