The Role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Manager to build and lead a Mountain View–based tech recruiting team. You will build and manage a team of 6–8 recruiters focused on hiring world-class software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other technical talent across the U.S.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach and scale a team, partner closely with engineering leadership, and define recruiting strategies that drive the growth of our U.S. tech hubs.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–8 tech recruiters based in Mountain View.

  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.

  • Drive accountability on hiring targets, candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting practices.

  • Build scalable sourcing, interviewing, and closing processes for technical talent.

  • Act as a culture carrier—fostering collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

  • Report on progress, pipeline health, and market insights to senior leadership.

  • Stay close to the recruiting craft; you don’t need to have hired engineers yourself, but you must know how to coach, problem-solve, and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience: Proven track record managing a recruiting team (ideally in tech).

  • Growth mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and startup-like change.

  • Recruiting expertise: Strong understanding of full-cycle tech recruiting; tech hiring experience is a must.

  • People leadership: Skilled at coaching, motivating, and developing recruiting talent.

  • Execution-focused: Data-driven, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
