Job responsibilities:
- Source and attract top tech talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
