How will you make an impact?

  • Lead and grow a cross-suite, cross-division engineering team responsible for shared deployment assurance and automation platforms used across NICE R&D.
  • Own the technical strategy, roadmap, and quality bar for internal automation tools and frameworks that enable reliable, scalable production deployments.
  • Drive platform ownership for deployment assurance capabilities, including CI/CD integration, quality gates, and tooling that enable execution by partner teams.
  • Lead the design and delivery of a division-wide AI testing agent/framework, enabling consistent testing practices and accelerating adoption across multiple product areas.
  • Set direction for unifying automation frameworks, improving reuse, maintainability, and long-term sustainability across teams.
  • Partner closely with R&D, DevOps, and dependent teams to remove blockers, align priorities, and support predictable, high-quality releases.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders and leadership, providing visibility into status, risks, and recommendations.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 5+ years of proven people-leadership experience, managing engineers and owning delivery for complex, cross-team initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on engineering background with Java / C# / .NET/Python, and experience with TypeScript-based applications (e.g., Angular).
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles, including design patterns, testability, and maintainable architecture.
  • Experience building and supporting internal engineering platforms or tools, including web-based services and automation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment validation, and release automation, including quality gates and failure analysis.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration), such as Playwright or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows and Jira-based execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud or containerized environments (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Groovy).
  • Experience enabling platform adoption across multiple teams, including documentation, onboarding, and governance.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted testing or developer productivity tooling.
