Shape the digital future of RECUP! As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, and ongoing evolution of our partner platform—the digital backbone of our reusable system across Europe. Together with business stakeholder, management, and engineering you will make key technical decisions, select the right solutions, and ensure a sustainable, scalable, and reliable platform.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contribute your technical expertise, and actively help make reusables the standard for take-away food and drinks. You will have the freedom to significantly influence architecture, tech stack, and engineering culture.

Your Responsibilities
- Take overall technical responsibility for our partner platform as the digital heart of our business model
- Architect, develop, and continuously improve the platform in close collaboration with business and management
- Select and integrate appropriate technologies and systems (e.g.,HubspotCRM, Stripe Payments)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and sustainability of the platform
- Be hands on: actively contribute to the codebase and solve technical challenges

- Proven experience in architecting and migrating complex platforms (ideally B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce)
- Hands-on expertise: you write codes yourself and solve technical challenges pragmatically
- Leadership skills: you build teams, foster their growth, and promote a collaborative engineering culture
- Strategic thinking and ownership: you develop sustainable solutions and tackle challenges with resilience
- Strong communication skills: you can explain technical topics clearly and inspire stakeholders
- Passion for impact and sustainability
- Excellent English skills; German is a strong plus
