Your role at Hostinger
Technical Lead in the Website Builder team. As part of Hostinger's Website Builder team, you'll define and own the product’s technical direction and architecture, ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and engineering managers to align technical decisions with business goals, drive best practices in development and infrastructure, and mentor the team toward technical excellence.

Your day-to-day
Define and own the Website Builder’s technical direction and architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategy.
Ensure code quality, system reliability, and scalability across the product.
Drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
Support, mentor, and guide engineers toward technical excellence.
Balance priorities between delivering fast and building sustainably.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance.
Your skills and experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership.
Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Experience with Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, GCP PubSub), and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of service-based architecture, database design, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (Vue.js, Astro, etc.) and how they interact with backend systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and EMs.
Experience with observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus).
A proactive, accountable mindset with ownership over technical outcomes.

Compensation
