At Enroute, we are looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-impact team responsible for designing, building, and evolving a customer-facing application.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and system design ownership. The ideal candidate is confident contributing code while also participating actively in architectural decisions, design discussions, and medium- to long-term technical planning.

The role has a clear balance between execution and leadership:

  • 70% hands-on coding
  • 30% technical discussions, design, research, and team support

Requirements

✅ Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong professional experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core
  • Strong experience with React or Blazor
    • Candidates with strong React experience must be willing to learn Blazor
  • Solid background in system design and application architecture
  • Practical experience designing and working with microservices and distributed systems
  • Ability to make and explain technical decisions clearly, including architectural trade-offs
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong understanding of performance, scalability, maintainability, and clean code principles

🎯Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (ASP.NET Core), React, and/or Blazor
  • Actively participate in application and system design decisions, providing clear technical direction
  • Contribute to and challenge architectural proposals, identifying trade-offs, risks, and dependencies
  • Participate in design team meetings to provide technical and process guidance that leads to viable, scalable solutions
  • Review upcoming sprint backlogs and sketch the desired architecture and technical approach to assess effort and dependencies
  • Engage confidently in discussions about the medium- and long-term feature roadmap of the application
  • Monitor sprint performance metrics and support team members in their technical and professional growth
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Balance modernization efforts with the stability and maintainability of existing systems

  • Previous experience acting as a Tech Lead or technical reference for a team
