Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer focus and process optimization? For our Customer Care Center (CCC), we are looking for a Team Leader who ensures smooth operations and makes a strong commercial contribution.
What will you do?
As Team Leader CCC, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of the Customer Care Center from an organizational, commercial, and administrative perspective. You manage the team on a daily basis, monitor processes, and contribute to strategic improvements. You are a member of the Management Team and play a key role in achieving our financial objectives.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Leading and coaching the CCC team.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, contract management, and order processing.
Supervising management systems (HSE, ISO) and compliance.
Pricing policy and supplier management.
Handling complaints and claims.
Demand planning and CRM registration (Salesforce).
Identifying market developments and translating them into policy.
Stimulating cross-selling of our brands (Heimeier, TA, Pneumatex).
