    • Proven experience in an IT leadership or senior support role.
    • Background in IT within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant tech: POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Oracle Micros), kitchen displays, payment terminals, reservation systems, etc.
    • Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows/Mac systems, and cloud services.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities efficiently.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
    • Based in or willing to commute to Wilrijk five times per week. What We Offer
