As Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of 7 team members who ensure the daily operations of our data import pipelines. You will spend about half your time guiding and coaching the team, helping individuals grow, and stepping in when situations get complicated or risky. The other half of your time will be hands-on with the work: supporting high-stakes projects, onboarding new team members, or handling difficult customer setups yourself.
You’ll be a strong partner for product managers, account managers, and engineers — all working together to ensure a smooth data flow and better service for our customers.
In your day to day work you’ll:
Lead, coach, and support the DIM team through 1:1s, check-ins, feedback, and performance development
Tackle complex and sensitive data integration cases when a senior hand is needed
Onboard new brands: understand their architecture and map it to our data model
Work with stakeholders on internal process improvements, team setup, and onboarding new team members
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and data workflows
Manage and prioritize incoming requests and projects to ensure we deliver results with quality
Set the tone: foster a strong team spirit, encourage learning, and help people feel safe and supported
Understand the required skills and qualifications, anticipate the questions you may be asked, and study well-prepared answers using our sample responses.
