Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, loading/unloading, and assisting team members as needed. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Operate basic tools and equipment as required for the job.
Support team members in various departments with manual and physical tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:
No formal education required; High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
