What is the role about? 

The Infrastructure team within Datacenter Operations is primarily responsible for delivering a variety of rack solutions that Leaseweb offers, including Dedicated and Colocation racks. Additionally, the team delivers shared racks for housing dedicated servers. They manage the configuration and deployment of network equipment for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery. 

Key focus areas include occupancy management, datacenter maintenance, and hardware migrations. The team is also involved in testing new hardware and optimizing rack designs to enhance performance and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Actively engage in developing, coaching, and mentoring team members to foster growth, improve individual performance, and support them in reaching their potential. 

• Oversee all daily technical operations within the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of datacenter processes. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues. 

• Ensure datacenter infrastructure meets current and future client demands by regularly evaluating and updating systems. 

• Lead innovation initiatives to enhance departmental processes and increase operational efficiency. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 4+ years in a similar role (datacenter operations or technical operations management) with a focus on team leadership. 

• Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure 

• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, with a strong focus on employee development. 

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively. 
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in operations. 

Benefits include:

The salary for this position ranges from 54000 Euros to 69000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills.The final offer is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as how the offer aligns with internal equity and our established salary framework.
