Team Leader - Operations Department | Photovoltaic Sector | Fluent Italian Required (C1/C2)

Enpal, Europe's first green unicorn, is looking for a Team Leader to manage and coordinate a team of Account Managers and potentially some other functions (Back office, Front Office, Install partner, etc.)

 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the teams.
• Coordinate workflows to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
• Monitor KPIs and performance, implementing continuous improvements.
• Support the resolution of complex issues and manage escalations.
• Promote the training and professional development of the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align processes and goa

• Significant experience in coordination or operational leadership roles, preferably in customer service or operations contexts.
• Excellent command of the Italian language (C1/C2 mandatory); good knowledge of English (B2); French is a plus.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and motivational leadership skills.
• Knowledge of digital tools (CRM, ticketing software, Microsoft Office).
• Results orientated and aptitude for working in fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience in renewable energy is a strong asset.
