Team Leader Operations

Location: Waverock SEZ, Gachibowli

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader who can manage a Team of 15 - 20 employees

Primary Responsibilities:

• Publishing domain knowledge prefered

• Must have previous Team lead Experience in Ites/seo/digital marketing/content/bpo

• Able to manage a team of 10-15 independently

• Execution of workflow & processes

• Allocating tasks to staff and make sure work is completed on time

• Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard

• Make daily reports and dash boards and update it to the Management

• Carrying out performance reviews

• Discussing and resolving problems and Motivate employees to maximize output

• Improve performance of team members who are in bottom quartile

• Engage with team members treating them as individuals.

• Measures and manages the team to meet performance targets

• Understand Department standards, procedures and help ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

• Complete assignments as per defined timelines

• Oversee
  team operations, provide supervision, support the team and delegate
  work based on the skill set of each individual team member.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Good understanding of Team management

• Minimum 1+ Years of experience Should be a Graduate in MBA/PGDM discipline.

• Excellent presentation & communication skills
