Team Leader, .NET, Fintech sector

As a Team Lead at Indice you will be joining our experienced solutions development team. You get to work with the latest technologies in the .NET and open source ecosystem, delivering enterprise-grade software for leading Greek and foreign organizations. In your new role with INDICE, you will be tasked with providing team leadership on large scale projects. Your responsibilities include keeping your agile team productive, helping everyone focused on the correct problems with proper mentoring and assisting your project manager in assessing and overcoming project risks. You will still remain active in project technical aspects by writing and reviewing code, but mentoring others and seeing the forest for the trees is your mission.

This position can be fullfilled only through hybrid collaboration, with a flexible home/office arrangement. We strongly suggest initial office presence in order to better understand the company's values, boost cooperation and morale.

Requirements

• Mastery of Object Orientation with Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• Experienced in API development using Swagger / OpenAPI / SOAP
• Experienced in agile project lifecycle, incl. Git and DevOps practices
• Experienced in Agile Theory and practice
• Experienced in event driven architectures with KAFKA or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with relational databases and queries
• Experience with Angular development
• Have participated in developing large, custom-built object-oriented applications
• Familiarity with debugging and production incident investigation

5 - 8 years of technical experience, along with experience in people management is required for this position.
