Mission This is a Team Lead position within the Professional Services team, contributing to high-impact software development projects. Your mission is to lead an agile development team, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality software delivery. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing software development tasks while actively contributing to coding and technical decision-making.

A significant aspect of your role will involve structuring and managing technical work to meet deliverables for a key client account. You will be responsible for overseeing development planning, task breakdown, team coordination, progress tracking, and ensuring efficient software delivery. While strong support from the Tech Lead and Project Manager will be provided, you will take ownership of the overall software delivery process, balancing technical execution with strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an agile development team, ensuring productivity and focus on project goals
  • Plan, structure, and oversee software development to meet client deliverables
  • Write and review code, ensuring high technical standards and best practices
  • Break down development tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress
  • Act as a key liaison between the team, project manager, and client stakeholders
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure efficient communication and alignment between business requirements and technical execution
  • Address challenges proactively, applying problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency
  • Drive software delivery excellence for an account generating significant revenue

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • +5 years of technical experience, including people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Proficiency in API development using Swagger / OpenAPI / SOAP
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, Git, and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures using KAFKA or RabbitMQ
  • Strong experience with relational databases and query optimization
  • Proficiency in Angular development
  • Hands-on experience in debugging and production incident investigation
  • Experience in large-scale, custom-built object-oriented applications

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
