Mission This is a Team Lead position within the Professional Services team, contributing to high-impact software development projects. Your mission is to lead an agile development team, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality software delivery. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing software development tasks while actively contributing to coding and technical decision-making.
A significant aspect of your role will involve structuring and managing technical work to meet deliverables for a key client account. You will be responsible for overseeing development planning, task breakdown, team coordination, progress tracking, and ensuring efficient software delivery. While strong support from the Tech Lead and Project Manager will be provided, you will take ownership of the overall software delivery process, balancing technical execution with strategic oversight.
