Team Leader

We are seeking a highly capable Team Leader to support the effective delivery of the Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) service. The post holder will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Advisors, ensuring service standards, compliance requirements and performance targets are consistently achieved. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, monitoring productivity and quality, providing coaching and feedback, and handling complex or escalated cases. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, sound judgement in decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a positive, professional team culture while contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and provide valid right to work in the UK.
