    Your role, your impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Children’s Therapy Support Service.

In this role, you’ll lead a passionate team of paediatric allied health professionals - including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Educators - delivering NDIS therapy services using the early childhood approach. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams (Carelink, HR, NCPLs) and external partners (NDIA, Quality and Safeguards Commission), to achieve positive outcomes for the children and families we support. You’ll also bring strong change management experience to guide teams through operational improvement and evolving service delivery expectations.

This position combines clinical and operational leadership with a strong focus on compliance, evidence-based practice, and innovative service delivery—all while ensuring financial sustainability. You’ll foster a culture of excellence, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services meet legislative requirements.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Provide clinical and operational supervision to a team of 14 staff.
    • Manage client quoting for allied health services under NDIS plans.
    • Collaborate with the paediatric leadership team and work autonomously to support outreach services.
    • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, offering coaching and support to enable success.
    • Maintain a physical presence across multiple sites to support staff delivering services in clinics.
    • Oversee rosters for staff and customer appointments to maximise service provision and financial sustainability.
    • Identify opportunities to translate new evidence into practice and contribute to innovation in service delivery.
    • Ensure high standards of quality and compliance across all programs to minimise risk.
    • Work with the Manager to develop and implement operational and change improvement plans.

    Who we're looking for

    • Relevant qualification, preferably Allied Health, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology or Developmental Educator
    • AHPRA registration or registration with relevant professional body
