What you’ll do:
As Team Leader, you will have two main tasks:
To expand our customer base and engage the Field Sales team in Barcelona to achieve targets by attracting new customers, mainly through door-to-door visits, building a customer base from scratch and meticulously recording these activities in our CRM, Salesforce.
You will conduct and support face-to-face visits to understand the needs of potential customers, present the Booksy product and conduct demonstrations, assisting with the initial configuration of the application. Customer relationship management will be key, from initial contact through to the onboarding process, ensuring account activation and collaborating with the onboarding team.
