Team Leader - Field Investigator

  • Manage and responsible for the overall Anti Fraud Field Investigation process.
  • Information collection charge of business investigation auditing and including Field Collector and others.
  • Responsible for security and investigation related data collection.
  • Liaise with superior
  • Responsible to maintain daily, weekly and monthly report of results field surveys.
  • Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching if needed
  • Conduct an end to end investigations for findings and suspicious things escalation to determine whether a case is fraud or not.
  • Collaborating with industry experts.
  • Provide analysis of fraud in field investigation process.
  • Bachelor’s degree any major
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Banking, Leasing and or Multifinance in the related field is required (have experience at Fintech Industry is a plus).
  • Preferable has experience as a supervisor/coordinator field investogator
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and team player person.
  • Understand fraud management business process in financial industry.
  • Have a good communication and digging information, leadership skill, honest attitude and integrity
  • Willing to learn and work hard
  • Having motorcycle and driver license.
