AlertMedia is looking for a Team Leader, Customer Success to lead our Customer Success Managers in Mexico City.
As an entry-level people manager, you will play a pivotal role in building team culture, upholding AlertMedia’s values, and refining the strategy for SMB clients. You’ll coach, develop, and support your team day to day, while also acting as the first line of support for escalations or coverage during busier periods. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Success (MX-based).
