Short Overview
Seeking a senior expert to serve as a Team Lead/Strategic Consultant on a critical, end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) redesign for an installment/BNPL product.
This person will provide deep, current, and hands-on strategic guidance and mentorship to our project team, ensuring the delivered strategy is market-leading and operationally sound.
Key Requirements for Screening
BNPL Leadership Focus:
Must have: Proven senior-level experience (Design, Product, or Tech leadership) focused specifically on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or non-revolving installment payment products.
Target Company Experience:
Experience at a modern industry disruptor or a similar company that set the standard for digital payments.
Role & Engagement Model:
Willingness to act as an active Consultant/Team Lead providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to the ground team.
Must be available for key client meetings, workshops, and to confirm strategic direction. Note: The focus is on guidance and elevation, not heavy hands-on execution.
CX/System Expertise:
Deep knowledge of holistic BNPL CX strategy, covering not just front-end UX, but also system integration, operations, and the impact of CX on back-end processes (like underwriting/risk).
Professional Background:
Strong background in FinTech, Payments, or Card Processing is essential for credibility.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration (Design, Product, Tech) at scale.
