Paytm Money is also registered with PFRDA as Point Of Presence, offering investment in Nation Pension System (NPS).   About the team: Mutual Fund Operation – Deals with all MF Ops activity in co-ordination with Product, Tech, AMC, RTA, Exchange & CS Agents.   About the role:Team Lead / Sr Executive – Deals with MF Ops activity & person will be SPOC for Mfops & knowledge in process. The person will be responsible for the day - day Recon activities working closely with the Product, Tech, BSE star Exchange, AMC, RTA & customer support team for resolving recon issues & CS complaints within the specified TAT.   Expectations/ Requirements   Mutual Fund Operations Expertise: Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mutual fund operations (MF Ops) process is required. Portal Proficiency: Experience in using the BSE Star portal to handle mutual fund transactions is essential. Reconciliation: The ability to perform daily reconciliation tasks. Customer & Inter Departmental Communication: Query Resolution: Must be able to resolve customer queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT). Coordination: Strong coordination skills for liaising with product, PG, and other internal departments to ensure smooth processes. Communication Skills: Effective communication and sharp analytical abilities are necessary. Technical & Analytical Skills: Software Proficiency: Skills in tools like SQL and Excel are valuable.
