Your mission is to serve as the strategic interface between business ambition and technical excellence, fostering collaborative partnerships across the organization, and driving operational maturity.
  • Strategic Partnership & Governance: Act as the primary business partner for internal departments by translating objectives into clear requirements, securing stakeholder approvals, and managing the documentation and prioritization of all team tasks to ensure transparent communication and high-quality delivery.

  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: You will maintain a high-trust environment by acting as a reliable advocate for your team and a clear communicator for your stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and supportive working relationship across all levels.
  • Empathetic Leadership & Mentorship: Provide dedicated people management for the team, focusing on professional development and a culture of accountability, allowing the Tech Lead to focus on technical mentorship.
  • Requirement Engineering: Serve as the first point of contact for complex requests. You will add value by analyzing and scoping business needs upfront, ensuring the team receives well-defined tasks that minimize ambiguity and maximize delivery quality.
  • Functional Advisory: Leverage your solid understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, standard objects) to provide initial guidance on feasibility, while relying on the Tech Lead to drive the technical refinement and solution design with the team.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain a rigorous triage process and high system availability, providing the business with clear roadmap insights while holding the team accountable for velocity targets and identifying "projects in disguise" to negotiate priorities.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: You bring 3+ years of experience leading technical or operational teams, with a passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Salesforce Platform Expertise: You possess a strong functional grasp of the Salesforce platform. You understand the power of both configuration and customization, allowing you to confidently discuss platform capabilities and potential solution paths with stakeholders.
  • Agile Mindset: You are comfortable working within a SCRUM framework and understand how to protect a team’s focus while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You are a skilled communicator who can navigate complex organizational needs with diplomacy, building long-term trust through transparency and reliable delivery.
