Role Overview:
As the Team Lead, Sales with Housecall Pro, your passion is coaching and developing others. You have the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are looking to advance your leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
You are responsible for learning HCP customers, as well as our product and sales philosophy. Your training will begin as an individual contributor for 3-6 months. You will then grow into a team lead for 3-6 months where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, Sales, you will receive formal management training and exposure to Senior Leadership for ongoing coaching and development, with the goal of promotion to manager within 6-12 months.

What you do each day:
Compensation:
$79,394 / year OTE ($53,394 base) + uncapped earning potential
Schedule:
Ability to work full time (45 hrs/week) with an 9 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time. Ability to work one Saturday every 4 weeks.

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $23.11-$37.98/hr. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
